01. Booking & Deposits

To secure a specific date in the archival calendar, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee covers the administrative time and the reservation of Magda’s expertise for your specific time slot.

02. Travel & Equestrian Corridor

Magdalena Photography is based in Ancaster, Ontario. Travel within 30km of the Ancaster hub is included. Sessions located within the Equestrian Corridor may be subject to a Regional Service Surcharge.

03. Animal Safety & Environment

The safety of the companion is the absolute priority. If an animal shows signs of extreme stress or aggression, Magdalena reserves the right to pause or reschedule the session.

04. Usage Rights

Magdalena Photography retains copyright to all archival images. Clients are granted a personal usage license for digital sharing and physical printing.
