01. Booking & Deposits

To secure a specific date in the archival calendar, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee covers the administrative time and the reservation of Magda’s expertise for your specific time slot.

02. Travel & Equestrian Corridor

Magdalena Photography is based in Ancaster, Ontario. Travel within 30km of the Ancaster hub is included. Sessions located within the Equestrian Corridor (Orangeville, Aurora, Brantford, etc.) may be subject to a Regional Service Surcharge as outlined during the intake process.

03. Animal Safety & Environment

The safety of the companion (canine or equine) is the absolute priority. If an animal shows signs of extreme stress or aggression, Magdalena reserves the right to pause or reschedule the session to ensure a "friendly and familiar" environment is maintained.

04. Usage Rights

Magdalena Photography retains copyright to all archival images. Clients are granted a personal usage license for digital sharing and physical printing. Commercial usage or third-party editing of the legacy art is strictly prohibited unless specifically licensed.

05. Archival Storage

While Magdalena Photography utilizes high-precision archival storage, digital files are guaranteed for 12 months post-session. Clients are encouraged to secure their heirloom art in physical form (prints/acrylics) for lifetime preservation.
